Preparation and support

Depending on your previous knowledge, we will train you in your new area of responsibility and provide you with professional guidance and support. In addition, you will attend further training courses, because at least one training day per month is part of your voluntary service as standard.

What you can expect from us

BFD'ler receive a monthly so-called pocket money, the amount of which depends on the weekly working time.

The ASB insures its federal volunteers in the statutory health, pension, accident, unemployment and nursing care insurance. For you, this insurance is of course non-contributory.

Depending on the duration of the Federal Volunteer Service, you also have a vacation entitlement. If you work for more than 12 months, you are entitled to 26 working days.

You can find an overview of all the benefits, requirements, FAQs, examples of fields of application and testimonials at the ASB Federal Association.
