To support its employees in the current energy crisis, Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Baden-Württemberg e.V. is spending over 10 million euros.
ASB Baden-Württemberg e.V. is aware of its role as a helping employer and would like to support and relieve its employees in the current energy crisis with a tax- and social security-free energy subsidy for all employees and interest-free employer loans for full-time employees in 2023.
"The cost of living and housing for employees will rise immensely in the coming months. Not only the increasingly expensive energy costs, but also rising prices for food, etc., are causing us all great concern. With these measures, we would like to help our employees to be able to look into the future a little more carefree," says Country Manager Lars-Ejnar Sterley.
Implementation will take place after consultation with the social partners.
