High summer temperatures - everyone has the desire for shade, a cool drink or a cold ice cream...
So that you too can get through the heat well - here are a few recommendations:
- Keep rooms cool: air them in the morning, then darken them
- Drink viiiiiiuch water - up to 3 liters!
- Avoid alcohol and coffee consumption
- Those who sweat a lot: replace salt and minerals, e.g. with salty cookies or broth
- Eat light meals, avoid heavy food
- Take rest breaks in the shade
- Lukewarm shower
- Do not set air conditioners too cold (max. 4-6°C below outside temperature).
- Choose airy, light clothing
- Avoid efforts
- Wear headgear!
And very important:
do not leave children or animals - even briefly - in the car.
The interior of a stationary car in the sun heats up immensely within a very short time and thus becomes a danger to life and limb!
