Please note our current regulations for visits to our care facilities. We are guided by the Corona Ordinance of the State of Baden-Württemberg. The visiting rules are therefore also adjusted on a daily basis. In all facilities of ASB Mannheim/Rhine-Neckar Region there are possibilities for a Corona quick test. As we are not an official test center, we cannot hand out the test certificates. Therefore we ask for your understanding. It is very important for us that our residents can continue to have visitors. Therefore, we ask you to follow the instructions of the staff on site without fail. Please have your digital vaccination certificate ready for presentation.
Dear family members, dear visitors,
current regulations in the context of the Corona pandemic:
- Visitors must register (test form and Luca App, if applicable).
- Disinfect hands when entering the facility.
- Within the facility, an FFP2/KN95 mask is to be worn exclusively (also in the resident's room)
- Compliance with the minimum distance of 1.5 m to other persons.
Visitors may only enter the facility if:
- they can present a rapid test updated on the day or have it carried out on site
- Validity rapid test à daily, validity PCR test à 48 hours
For all* visitors we offer testing from Monday to Sunday (including holidays).
Test times: 13:00 h to 17:00 h
If you arrive outside of testing hours, you must present valid proof of a daily negative test.
You may not enter the facility if:
- You are subject to a segregation requirement related to coronavirus.
- You have typical symptoms of infection with coronavirus, e.g. shortness of breath, new-onset cough, fever, loss of smell or taste.
Admission without a valid rapid test is a violation of the current Corona ordinance, which we will bring to court.
Deviated visitation policy in current Alert II:
*Admission of non-immunized visitors is only permitted upon presentation of a PCR test certificate. (This regulation also applies to children)
Visits are only permitted by a maximum of one non-immunized visitor.
